Allen was born & raised in New Orleans and founded Borne Law Firm in 1985 representing thousands of clients. Allen attended Tulane Law School and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane University. Allen is also a Louisiana Bar Foundation Fellow, member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, member of the Louisiana and Washington D.C. Bar.
